Ingredients For green chilli cheesy chicken enchilada soup

2 canshredded chilcken breast drained 13 oz each

1 cangreen enchilada sauce 15 oz (i like macayo's)

1 canevaporated milk 12 oz
-
1 canred or pinto beans, drained and rinsed 15 oz
-
1 canblack beans drained and rinsed 15 oz
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cannacho cheese sauce or cheddar cheese soup 10.75 oz - 15 oz

2minced and seeded jalepenos
-
2 - 3large plum (roma) tomatoes diced small
How To Make green chilli cheesy chicken enchilada soup

1Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.

2Heat on medium heat until soup is simmering, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Continue stirring.

3Serve with dollop of sour cream (optional) and/or tortilla chips. TaDa! Finished.
