Ingredients For green chile chicken

2-4boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 canchopped green chiles (1 Tbsp per breast)

1 pkgsour cream (3-4 Tbsp per breast)

1 cgrated cheddar cheese (about 1/4 c per breast)

1/4 tspsalt (per breast)

1/8 tsppepper (per breast)
How To Make green chile chicken

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dry boneless, skinless chicken breast. Salt and pepper. Place the chicken on a lightly oiled or greased pan.

2Top chicken with a tablespoon or more of green chiles.

3Spread and coat with sour cream to cover chicken and green chilies.

4Bake the prepared chicken in the hot oven for 35 minutes. Insert a knife into the chicken to cut and check doneness. Juices should run clear with no pink.

5Top with the cheddar cheese.

6Bake for 10 minutes more until the cheese is melted. Serve with a salad and your favorite vegetable or side dish.
