How To Make green chicken enchilada's
-
1Cut up, brown & season to your chicken to your liking...I add garlic & some taco seasonings. Sometimes I even throw in some onion!
-
2After your chicken is cooked add 1 can of green sauce,& your cream cheese. Once that is melted & everything is combined well, you are ready to load up your tortillas.
-
3Grease your baking dish, put about 1/4 C. of meat mixture per tortilla & roll & place seam side down in your dish, & repeat 'til you run out.
-
4Pour the other 2 cans of green sauce over the top of everything & bake at 350* 'til everything is hot & bubbeling. Scatter your mexican cheese blend over the top & melt. Once melted remove from oven & let sit a few minutes then serve & enjoy!
