2/3 colive oil

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspchopped fresh garlic

2 tspdried oregano

2 tspsalt

1/2 tspcoarse ground pepper

1/2 tspcrushed red pepper

3 lbfrozen chicken wing drummettes thawed (48 oz)
- CUCUMBER DIPPING SAUCE

1 cyogurt, plain
-
1 csour cream
-
1 smcucumber
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 Tbspdill weed, dried

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper, course
How To Make greek chicken wings with cucumber dipping sauce

1Combine all marinade ingredients, then pour over chicken in large zip lock bag. Coat chicken well with mixture. Refrigerate, turning occasionally for 3 hours or overnight.

2Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Arrange chicken on aluminum foil-lined 15x10x1 pan. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, turning once.

3Cucumber Sauce needs to be combined and refrigerated for at least 2 hours but is best if made a day ahead. Peel, seed, and shred cucumber then combine all ingredients in small bowl.
