2 Tbspoil

3/4 cham, diced

1smoked sausage, sliced

1 lbchicken, cubed

1/1/2 conion, chopped

1 ccelery, chopped

1 can8-oz tomato sauce

1 can15-oz chicken broth

2 crice (not instant)
-
1 can15-oz diced tomatoes (or 4 fresh tomatoes, chopped)

1green bell pepper, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

2bay leaves
-
1-1/2 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 tsporegano
-
1 tspwhite pepper
-
1 tspblack pepper

1 tspthyme
How To Make glenda's oven jambalaya

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large, oven-proof dutch oven heat oil; add ham, chicken and sausage. Cook until lightly browned. Stir in onion, celery and green bell pepper and saute until tender crisp. Stir in seasonings. Add tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and tomatoes. Cook in oven until rice is tender - approximately 20-25 minutes.
