Ingredients For gerry's stuffing recipe

    loaf btead, toasted and cubed
  • 2 1/2 c
    ground chucken
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c
    ground onion
  • 1/2 c
    ground celery
  • 1 c
    cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp
    sage
  • chicken broth to moisten

How To Make gerry's stuffing recipe

    Combine all ingredients and blend well. Stuff the turkey or bake stuffing in a casserole dish. Bake stuffing at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Enough stuffing for 12-15 pound turkey.
