I created this recipe like a lot of my recipes by a need for a quick dinner that tastes good using ingredients that I have on hand. I look at recipes that are similar to what I have a taste for and make up my own version. I only share my recipes so others can see how easy it is to make delicious foods, not to boast that I created a recipe because in all honesty I have at best modified someones recipe.

Ingredients For garlic parmesan crusted chicken

    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    milk, 2%
  • cooking spray

How To Make garlic parmesan crusted chicken

    preheat oven to 450
  • 2
    pound chicken until it is relatively uniform in thickness
  • 3
    mix dry ingredients together in a flat bowl, adjust measurements for taste

    pour milk into a flat bowl
  • 5
    coat square baking pan with cooking spray
  • 6
    dip chicken first in milk then in dry mixture, make sure to cover entire surface on both sides

    place chicken in pan. Top with any remaining dry ingredients.

    bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until juices run clear and topping turns golden brown

    I served with cheesy potatoes
