- CHICKEN WINGS

8chicken wings tips removed separated at joint so you have 16 pieces

2inches fresh ginger peeled and grated

6 clovegarlic minced

1/2 ceach soy sauce and brown sugar

1 can12 oz coke

3 Tbspsweet chili sauce
- RICE

4 ccooked rice

4 Tbspfurikake rice seasoning
- GARNISH

4 Tbspgreen parts of scallion sliced
How To Make garlic ginger coke chicken wing rice bowl

1For the wings place about 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet. Season wings with salt and pepper. Brown wings on all sides until browned work in batches if needed.

2Mix the remaining chicken wings together and pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. The sauce will be thickened and the wings will be sticky.

3Mix the cooked rice with the Furikake seasoning. Place the rice in a bowl. Top with chicken wings pour a little chicken wing sauce over the top. Garnish with scallions
