4bone in chicken thighs

2 Tbspolive oil

6 clovegarlic minced

1 cchicken stock

1/2 cheavy cream

1/2 cshredded parmigiano - reggiano

1 Tbspflour

2 Tbspbutter

fresh thyme leaves
How To Make garlic chicken thighs with parmesan gravy

1Preheat oven 400 degrees

2Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a cast iron pan over med high heat. Place the chicken skin side down and sear until golden brown. Turn the chicken over. Scatter the garlic around the chicken and place in oven and roast for 30 minutes.

3While the chicken is roasting make the gravy. Add butter to a saute pan. Stir in the flour and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Slowly pour in the chicken stock while whisking. Simmer 2 minutes. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted and gravy is thickened.

4Remove the chicken from the oven and let rest 15 minutes.

5Spoon some gravy on a dish and place the chicken thigh on top. Garnish with thyme leaves.
