I came up with this dinner by reading two recipes, and then combining what I like about the two! It will definitely be a staple recipe from now on!

Ingredients For garlic chicken & potato skillet

4 mdchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 lgbaking potatoes

5 Tbspbutter, cold
-
1/2 tspgarlic, minced

1 cancream of chicken soup

1/2 cwhipping cream or milk
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
1 bunchasparagus, fresh or any vegetable you choose

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make garlic chicken & potato skillet

1Preheat oven to 375

2Put potatoes in microwave for 4 minutes to help get them cooking. Dice potatoes once cool enough to handle.

3Over medium heat in a cast iron skillet place potatoes, butter, and garlic. Let potatoes get just a little crispy on both sides flipping them with spatula. 5-10 minutes.

4Once potatoes have crisp up place the chicken breasts on top of potatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add asparagus or vegetable of your choice, cover, and cook an additional 5 minutes.

5Meanwhile, mix soup, milk, salt, and pepper together and pour on top of chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

6Move skillet to oven and let bake until chicken is completely cooked.
