4 lgboneless skinless chicken breast

3 clovegarlic minced

1/3 ccream cheese softened

3 Tbspfresh cilantro chopped

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1/2 cswiss cheese shredded

1/2 cflour

2 lgeggs
-
1 cfine dried bread crumbs

1 tspeach salt and paprika

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make garlic cheese stuffed baked chicken breasts

1Mix together in a small bowl the cream cheese, garlic, Swiss cheese, Cilantro and lemon juice. Set aside.

2Preheat oven 425 degrees. Cut a deep slit along the sides of the chicken breast to create a pocket. Fill each pocket with the cheese mixture. Press to close.

3Line a baking pan with wax paper. Spray the paper with cooking spray. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs together and place in another shallow dish. Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow dish and add the salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well.

4Roll each chicken breast in flour shaking off the excess. Dip and roll in the egg. Then dredge in the bread crumb mixture. Place on baking pan and place in oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.
