These fried chicken strips are delectable! The coating is golden brown while the inside stays tender and juicy. Double dredging gives the chicken a very crispy crust. The spices are subtle and add just the right amount of flavor. Serve with honey mustard and french fries... we bet your family will think these are way better than what you'll get at a restaurant.

2 call-purpose flour

1 1/2 tspsalt

2 tsppepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsppaprika

3eggs

2 cbuttermilk
How To Make fried chicken strips

1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large dish (flour and spices).

2Mix egg and buttermilk in another large dish.

3Cut up 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts into strips.

4Dip them in the egg mixture first, let the excess drain off.

5Then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.

6Second dredge - back to the egg mixture.

7Back to the flour mixture.

8Deep fry at 350 for 6-7 minutes.
