This is good down home recipe, simple and delicious. Also lightly salt chicken legs after frying. It tastes better that way.

Ingredients For fried chicken

    all purpose flour
  • 4 medium s
    eggs

How To Make fried chicken

    Wash chicken legs
  • 2
    Dip legs in 4 scrambled raw eggs
  • 3
    Dip chicken into all purpose flour. Then repeat. Dip chicken twice in egg batter then flour
  • 4
    Fry chicken on low heat. I have gas burners, so I use low heat. Fry for 20 minutes then turn chicken legs and cook another 20 minutes. If large legs, fry for 20 minutes more, 10 minutes, turn chicken legs, and fry 10 minutes on opposite side.
