Ingredients For fresh mex chicken taco's

2 ccooked chicken (shredded)

1 1/2 ccheddar cheese (shredded)

1 1/2 clettuce or napa cabbage (torn)

1 bunchgreen onion (sliced)

1 1/2tomato's (cubed)
-
1 canblack olives (sliced)

3 Tbspcanola oil
-
12corn tortillas
-
sour cream (optional)
-
guacamole (optional)
How To Make fresh mex chicken taco's

1shred chicken
-
2shred cheese
-
3tear lettuce into small bite size pieces

4cut tomato's into cubes
-
5open can of olices
-
6slice green onions
-
7place a tablespoon of canola oil into a frying pan and heat on medium to medium high heat

8when oil is hot place 1 tortilla into hot oil. Heat on one side, and flip over with spatula

9place a small row of cooked chicken in the middle of the tortilla and a small amout of shredded cheese
-
10with spatula fold tortilla in half

11cook each filled tortilla 1 minute on each side
-
12continue this process until all the tortilla's have been cooked

13place cooked filled totilla's on a plate lined with paper towels. Stuff each taco shell with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions. add a dab of sour cream and/or gucamole, enjoy!
