Great for using up leftover chicken! My kids love this stuff! There's no magic to this recipe, but everytime I make it they tell me, "Mom, you make the BEST chicken salad!" ... I love my kids. ; )

Ingredients For fresh chicken salad

2-2 1/2 cchicken, cooked, cut up small

1/8 ccelery, chopped small

1/8 conion, chopped small

1/2 tsppoultry seasoning, to taste

1 tspparsley flakes

salt & pepper, to taste
-
1 tspadobo brand garlic seasoning (or just use garlic powder)

1/4 cmayonnaise, more or less to blend the salad
How To Make fresh chicken salad

1Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.

2Refrigerate for at least an hour for the flavors to "marry".

3Serve on hearty bread or rolls.

4You can also put this on crackers or rye crisps for an appetizer, or serve it along with a good homemade soup.
