6bone in chicken thighs

2 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspbutter

1 lgonion chopped

1 lgcarrot thinly sliced

8 ozmushrooms sliced

4 clovegarlic minced

1/2 cwhite wine

2 Tbspflour

2 cchicken broth

1 cheavy cream

2 Tbspfresh parsley chopped

2 tspfresh thyme chopped
How To Make french style creamy chicken & veggies

1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the oil in a large skillet. Get the oil hot and add the chicken and brown well on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.

2Place the butter in the skillet. Add the onion, and garlic and saute about 3 minutes. Add the carrot and mushrooms.Cook 5 minutes then add the wine and let most evaporate scrapping up the bits from the bottom of pan.

3Stir in the flour. Add the chicken stock and heavy cream. Add the chicken back to the skillet. Let cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in the parsley and thyme.
