1 lbyellow potatoes scrubbed and sliced into 1 inch pieces

2 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbsponion powder

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspblack pepper
- CHICKEN

4boneless skinless chicken thighs

8 ozFrench onion dip
- TOPPING
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted

1/2 ceach plain bread crumbs and parmigiano reggiano cheese grated
How To Make french onion chicken with roasted potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place parchment paper over a large sheet pan. Place the potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil.

2Mix the seasoning together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning over the potatoes saving enough for the chicken.

3Place the potatoes in a single layer and then roast in oven for 15 minutes.

4Season the chicken with the remaining seasoning. Mix the topping in a bowl.

5Take the potatoes out of the oven and push them to the side. Spoon equal amounts of the French onion dip onto one side of the chicken thighs. Sprinkle the topping on top of the French onion dip.

6Place back in the oven and roast another 25 minutes.
