    envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken pieces, i use breasts and thighs
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can
    water
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked rice
  • pepper

How To Make french onion chicken and rice casserole

    preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Grease a 9x13 dish.
  • 3
    Spread the rice over the bottom of the pan. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with pepper.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over.

    Cover with foil and bake until chicken is tender. About an hour.
