Ingredients For firecracker chicken legs

  • 8
    chicken legs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    sriracha sauce
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced

How To Make firecracker chicken legs

    Mix the Sriracha, Brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, and garlic. Set aside
  • 2
    Add oil to a large skillet season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken on all sides. Pour the sriracha mixture over the top.

    Transfer the pan to a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes basting every 5 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.
