This recipe was originally given to me by my ex-mother-in-law. It has been in my family around 30yrs and is one of my daughter's favorite. It is Big on taste but so very easy to put together. This is the reason it was the first recipe that my daugther wanted when she first got married.

12chicken tenders or 4-6 chicken breast cut into slices

16oz pkgbutton mushrooms

3/4 cred wine

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/4 ccanola oil
-
1 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspginger
-
1/4 tsporegano

1 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make family favorite coq au vin

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour wine into pan; add soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, oregano and brown sugar. Whisk to combine thoroughly.

2Add chicken to pan with wine mixture. Add mushrooms, top side down. Spoon some of the wine mixture over chicken and mushrooms (make sure that the wine mixture gets inside the mushroom caps).

3Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
