Next time you're going to make a seven layer dip, think again. Try this fantastic fajita dip instead. The fajita seasoning mixed with chopped chicken and veggies really tastes like fajitas from a Mexican restaurant. A cool and creamy cream cheese layer adds an element of tanginess to the dip. Guacamole and cheese make everything better. This is going to be a huge hit at your next gathering!

Ingredients For fajita dip

1 pkgcream cheese, softened; 8 oz
-
3 Tbspsalsa, your choice of hot or mild

6 oz.bag Tyson Oven Diced Cooked Chicken Breast. (dice cicken into smaller pieces.)

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1green bell pepper, chopped
-
1red bell pepper, chopped
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1jalapeno pepper, diced
-
1 pkgfajita seasoning mix
-
1/3 cwater
-
1 jarguacamole dip, 11.5 oz.

2 cfinely shredded fiesta blend cheese
How To Make fajita dip

1In a bowl combine the cream cheese and salsa. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate.

2In a skillet heat the oil. Saute the chicken, red and green bell pepper, the onion and the jalapeno pepper for 3 to 4 minutes, or until peppers and onion are tender.

3Add the fajita packet and the water, simmer 5 minutes on medium-low heat.

4Pour mixture over cream cheese.

5Spread the guacamole dip on top.

6Sprinkle the fiesta cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
