Ingredients For ellen's "big-easy" jambalaya

1 box(8 oz.) zatarain's new orleans style jambalaya mix

2 cwater
-
1 can(8 oz.) tomato sauce
-
1 can(12 oz.) swanson or tyson white chicken, drained and flaked

1 lbsmoked beef sausage, cut in bite-size pieces
How To Make ellen's "big-easy" jambalaya

1Mix the water and tomato sauce in a 3-qt. saucepan; bring to a boil. Add the jambalaya mix and mix well.

2Add the chicken and sausage, mixing well. Return to boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 25 or 30 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

3Remove from heat; let sit 5 minutes. Serve with crusty French bread, New Orleans style.
