Ingredients For egg fried rice with chicken

4 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lbboneless, skinless chicken, thinly sliced along grain

4 lgeggs

5 1/2 ccooked boiled rice

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 1/2 tspwhite sugar
-
2 tspsalt
-
3 ozonion peeled, sliced
-
2 lgtomatoes,cut into 4
How To Make egg fried rice with chicken

1heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes until all the slices are cooked through and the juices run clear.

2Break the eggs into the wok and stir constantly until the are cooked and resemble a broken omelete. Add the rice, season with the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and continue stir-frying until nthe ingrediances are well mixed.Add the onion and tomato and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.

3tip the rice into a bowl. serve
