How To Make easy tip to remove tendon from chicken tenders

1Firmly grab the end of the tendon (maybe use a paper towel to increase grip). Slip the end of the tendon through two tongs on a fork. The fork will act as a way to push the chicken away from the tendon, as you slide the fork along the length of the tendon while you pull on the end of the tendon. The whole tendon should slip off the chicken easily this way. (You do not use the pointy ends of the fork to pry anything...you are just slipping the tendon through the space between two tines of the fork, and the rest of the fork keeps the chicken from coming with the tendon when you pull on it.)
