My Family doesn't like All the onions, rice, and tomatoes but if yours does it is really easy to add them into this dish.

Ingredients For easy plain enchiladas

1 lbground beef
-
1 lbboneless chicken
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

2 canchicken broth
-
1 pkgtortillas, i perfer the big ones.

1 canenchilada sauce
-
1 lbmexican blend shredded cheese
-
12 ozsour cream
How To Make easy plain enchiladas

1Place Chicken into Crockpot with Chicken Broth Allow to cook for at least 6 hours on Low or 4 hours on High (remember cooking on low makes for tender meat) If you choose to you can boil your chicken in a stew pot on the stove. Until fully cooked.

2Brown Ground beef, Drain, Add Taco seasoning and mix together.

3Tear Chicken into shreds, add 2 tbs of sour cream for every cup of chicken (roughly)mix together

4Using a casserole dish cover the bottom in a thin layer of enchilada sauce.

6Pour enchilada sauce over your enchiladas and cover in cheese.

7Bake until cheese is melted and Enjoy :) Tip: You can use Both chicken and beef or just beef or just chicken, I perfer chicken and my husband perfers beef, so I make both.
