I love love love fried chicken...but it does not love me back. I heard about panko crumbs, here there and every where...and when I ran across them at the store, I thought why not? The panko crumbs are subtle, and let the chicken flavor shine through!

Ingredients For easy oven fried chicken

4 lgboneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cpanko crumbs

1 tspcoarse kosher salt

1 tspground black pepper
How To Make easy oven fried chicken

1Preheat oven to 400* with rack in the middle shelf.

2Cut each chicken breast in half, and trim the extra fat off.

3Mix toghether panko crumbs, salt and pepper on a plate.

4Roll each chicken piece in panko crumbs, until all sides are coated.

5Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
