easy on the budget chili casserole
My dad used to make this when I was a kid. He always said it was a cheaper, quicker way to make a delicious chili.And usually I have these items on hand anyway. Goes great with some homemade cornbread.

115.5oz can, bush's black bean chili beans

114.5oz can, diced tomatoes

2 ccooked white rice

2 ccooked chicken breast, chopped

1/2 tspcumin

1/2 tspchili seasoning

1 cmexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make easy on the budget chili casserole

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

2In lg bowl combine beans, tomatoes with the juices, rice, chicken, cumin and chili seasoning. Spoon into casserole dish.

3Sprinkle top w/ cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 25 mins. Remove foil and bake 10 additional mins or until lightly browned on top.
