The honey gives this chicken a pleasant stickiness to it. The lemon juice adds zing!

Ingredients For easy honey chicken.

  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted, divided
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 3 lb
    cut-up chicken pieces, like thighs, drumsticks, etc.
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice

How To Make easy honey chicken.

    Heat oven to 400. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 9" x 13" baking pan. In deep, shallow bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Dip chicken pieces into flour mix. Add chicken to pan, coating w/ the butter. Bake 30 mins.

    In bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup melted butter, honey and lemon juice. Turn chicken over and spoon sauce over chicken. Bake 30 mins. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
