deliciously crunchy! I made the chicken w/ crushed stuffing mix one day when I found I didn't have any bread crumbs. It came out wonderful.

Ingredients For easy extra crunchy chicken

2 Tbspflour

1-1/2 cherb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed

110-3/4 oz can reduced-fat condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 cfat-free milk

1-1/4 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbspmelted butter
How To Make easy extra crunchy chicken

1Heat oven to 400. Spray a rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place flour on a plate. Place crushed stuffing on another plate.

2In shallow bowl, stir together 1/3 cup soup and 1/4 cup milk. Coat chicken w/ flour, then dip into soup mix. Coat w/ crushed stuffing.

3Place chicken on baking sheet, drizzle chicken w/ butter. Bake 20 mins. In small saucepan, heat remaining soup and milk, stirring, over medium heat until bubbly. Serve gravy over chicken.
