1IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, BLK. PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND OREGANO. COAT CHICKEN PIECES IN FLOUR MIXTURE N PUT ASIDE.

2IN A LARGE PAN MELT BUTTER N OLIVE OIL THEN LIGHTLY BROWN CHICKEN TURN OVER N ADD MUSHROOMS N COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN ADD MARSALA N SHERRY, COVER PAN IN SIMMER CHICKEN FOR 10 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE.
