1 1/2 lbchicken cutlets-cut into small pieces

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 lgonion-chopped

8 ozpkg. sharp cheddar cheese-shredded

1-14oz. canlow sodium chicken broth

1-4oz. cangreen chilies-chopped
-
1-19oz. cancannellini beans-undrained

1 boxyellow rice-prepared according to pkg.

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspground cumin

1 Tbspchili powder

1/2 tspdried oregano

1/2 tspcilantro, dried

How To Make easy chicken chili

1Heat oil in very large saucepan over med.-high heat.

2Add chicken and onions - cook for 5-10 min.

3Stir in all dry spices - cook for 2 min.

4Stir in broth and green chilies - simmer for 30 min.

5Stir in beans - simmer for 10 min.

6Mix in cheddar cheese and prepared yellow rice.

7Serve warm.
