Something I just threw together on a whim. It turned out pretty great, so I thought I'd share.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
A super simple chicken dinner to throw together that your entire family will love. The cream of chicken and potato soups provides a thick and creamy base. We loved the small chunks of potatoes. The chicken is tender, and adding the mixed veggies makes this an all-in-one meal with minimal pots and pans. On top, the biscuits bake to flaky perfection. Your family is going to devour this pantry-friendly dinner.

Ingredients For easy chicken and biscuit dinner

3chicken breasts

1 cancream of potato soup (10.5 oz)

1 cancream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1 boxfrozen veggies of choice (about 1 1/2 cups)

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspseasoning (poultry or other)

1/2 cshredded cheese
-
1 pkgPillsbury biscuits

Test Kitchen Tips
We baked ours in an 8-inch cast iron skillet.

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the chicken breast into 1" cubes.

2Mix together all the ingredients except the biscuits.

3Pour the mixture into a Dutch oven, cast iron skillet, or casserole dish.

4Bake for 45 minutes.

5Drop the temperature down to 350 degrees F. Add the biscuits to the top of the meal.

6Bake another 15 - 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Serve hot.
