4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1 lgcan pineapple slices

1 csugar

2 Tbspcorn starch

3/4 cwhite vinegar

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1/4 tspground ginger

1chicken bouillon cube
-
1green bell pepper, cut into strips
How To Make easy breezy hawaiian chicken

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Coat the chicken in a flour, salt and pepper mixture. brown well on all sides in vegetable oil. drain on paper towels.

3Drain the pineapple, saving the juice. pour the juice into a measuring cup and add water to make 1-1/2 cups of liquid.

4Combine the juice, sugar, ginger, vinegar and bouillon in a saucepan. bring to a boil, stirring constantly. boil 2 minutes.

5Place the chicken in a glass baking dish and pour the sauce over the chicken. bake uncovered for 1 hour.

6After 1 hour, top with the pineapple and green pepper strips. bake 30 minutes more. serve with rice.
