Ingredients For earab korean chicken thighs

  • 3-4 lb
    chicken thighs
  • 16-20 oz
    korean bbq sauce (jar)
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    sherry, pale and dry
  • 1 can
    coke
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 3-4
    green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil, optional
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic pwder
  • 1-2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper (optional)
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • honey for drizzling
  • pam to spray grill grates

How To Make earab korean chicken thighs

  • 1
    in a large mixing bowl, combine chicken and the other ingredients. place in a zip-lock bag and marinate for at least 4 hours. best to marinate over night.

    heat grill to medium heat. spray grill grates with pam. place chicken skin side down. grill for about 10-12 minutes. turn chicken and continue to grill for 10-12 minutes or until juices run clear.

    plate up and drizzle with a lil' honey serve with some steamed rice and cucumber salad.
