8 ozwide rice noodles

2 Tbspcanola oil

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspchili garlic sauce

1 smonion diced

2boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small bite size pieces

1 Tbspfish sauce

3green onions
-
1/2 cthai basil
- SAUCE

3 Tbspoyster sauce

2 Tbspeach light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspwater
How To Make drunken noodles

1Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

3Add the oil to a wok or pan. Add the garlic, onion, chicken pieces and chili garlic paste and cook about 2 minutes. Add the fish sauce and cook another minute. Add the green onions and noodles then pour in the sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the Basil and serve
