Ingredients For down on the ranch chicken

4 mdchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 pkghidden valley ranch dressing mix, buttermilk recipe

1-1/2 ccrispy panko bread crumbs

2 mdeggs, beaten

1 galsize food storage bag
How To Make down on the ranch chicken

1In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch buttermilk dressing mix and the panko bread crumbs. Place mixture in a one-gallon food storage bag.

2In a small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.

3Dip each chicken breast in the egg and place it in the storage bag. Seal bag.

4Shake the bag until all the chicken breasts are evenly coated and then carefully remove them from the bag.

5Place the coated chicken breasts on parchment paper on a baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50-55 minutes or until tender.
