do-it-all marinade

I found this in a magazine & it is really good. Great for chicken, pork, or steak!

Ingredients For do-it-all marinade

  • 3/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce (i like the low sodium but you can use regular too)
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 3
    cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh parsley

How To Make do-it-all marinade

  • 1
    Whisk ingredients together and pour over meat. Let marinate for at least 5 hours.

    Remove meat and discard marinade. Pat dry and cook as desired.
