Monday I started a "4 Week Eat Healthy Challenge." This was the frist healthy dish I made. I have made it before other ways but this was the frist time I did it up a healthy style. It tasted great. Uncle loved it. I will make this agian.

Ingredients For diet friendly chicken parmesean

4chicken breast, boneless & skinless 5oz. each

4 slicemozzarella cheese, 0.88oz.

1/2 cprego traditional italian sauce

dashsalt, pepper & garlic powder
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
4dried rosemary leaves
-
dashground oregano
-
dashdried basil
How To Make diet friendly chicken parmesean

1Frist season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Then heat skillet with 1 tbs. olive oil.

2Next cook chicken till done and transfer to a baking dish. Then cover each chicken breast with 1/8 cup Prego Sauce, 1 slice of cheese and dashes of herbs.

3Then bake in countertop oven, broiler or regular oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
