Ingredients For diana's salsa chicken

  • 4 lg
    boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 jar
    salsa, chunky
  • 1 sm
    pat of butter
  • 4 slice
    provolone cheese

How To Make diana's salsa chicken

  • 1
    Melt butter in large skillet, sprinkle chicken with garlic salt & add chicken breast to the skillett. Cook until no longer pink.

    Once chicken is done, pour the jar of salsa on top of the chicken, turn down heat, and let simmer. After about 10 minutes turn the chicken over & let the other side simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.

    Next add a slice of provolone cheese to each piece of chicken....remove from heat & serve when cheese has melted.
