We had one of those "make and take" places here in town called, if I recall correctly, Let's Eat! You know, they have a kitchen with 12 or so stations, each station for a particular recipe - you sign up for a session and go in and make whatever recipes you want, then you take your creations home and freeze them for ready-to-cook gourmet meals for the week. LOVED that place. Anyway, they did a curried chicken pocket that I will never be able to replicate, BUT - I think this will be serviceable :)

How To Make curried chicken purses
-
1Preheat oven to crescent instructions. Mix curry, salt, and egg together. Unroll crescent rolls to make squares comprised of two crescent triangles. Pinch seams together. Spoon leftover chicken curry into middle of square, leaving enough room on each side to make a purse by pulling sides up together and pinching together. Make sure the seams are pinched together well to avoid leakage! Brush each purse with egg wash and cook per dough instructions.

2Crescents can be a little sweet, so you might try Grands biscuits or other refrigerated doughs!
