I know you can get this recipe off the can of french fried onions, but I added a couple things to give it more flavor.

Ingredients For crunchy onion chicken

2chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1/2 canfrench fried onions

3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspdried ground mustard

1/8 tsppepper
How To Make crunchy onion chicken

1Wash chicken breasts; set aside. Place french fried onions in a resealable bag and crush. Pour into a pie dish.

2Mix melted butter, worcestershire, mustard and pepper in another pie dish. Dip chicken breasts first in butter mix, then coat both sides with onions.

3Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour remaning butter mix on top. Top with leftover onions, if desired. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
