crunchy onion chicken

I know you can get this recipe off the can of french fried onions, but I added a couple things to give it more flavor.

Ingredients For crunchy onion chicken

  • 2
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 can
    french fried onions
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried ground mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make crunchy onion chicken

  • 1
    Wash chicken breasts; set aside. Place french fried onions in a resealable bag and crush. Pour into a pie dish.

    Mix melted butter, worcestershire, mustard and pepper in another pie dish. Dip chicken breasts first in butter mix, then coat both sides with onions.

    Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour remaning butter mix on top. Top with leftover onions, if desired. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
