1 Tbspminced fresh oregano - or -1 tsp. dried oregano

1 Tbspminced fresh basil - or - 1 tsp. dried basil

2 tspminced fresh parsley

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 call purpose flour

2eggs, lightly beaten

6boneless skinless chicken breast halves

olive oil-flavored cooking spray
How To Make crunchy herbed chicken breasts

1In a shallow bowl, mix the first nine ingredients. Place flour and eggs in separate shallow bowls. Dip both sides of chicken in the flour, eggs, then the crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere.

2Place chicken on a greased baking sheet. Spritz tops with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170 degrees. (I just stick a piece of chicken with a fork to test for tenderness.)
