Ingredients For crunchy fried chicken

½ cup sour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp celery salt

½ tbsp paprika
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp salt
-
dash pepper
-
2½ lb chicken pieces
-
1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
How To Make crunchy fried chicken

1Combine first 8 ingredients. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture, roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in a greased 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is tender and browned. Serves 4
