Ingredients For crunchy fried chicken

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp celery salt
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2½ lb chicken pieces
  • 1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

How To Make crunchy fried chicken

  • 1
    Combine first 8 ingredients. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture, roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in a greased 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is tender and browned. Serves 4
