I love my crockpot.I use it every week,have many great receipes.This is so good and easy.Leftover chicken or rottisore one works well.

Ingredients For crockpot,three cheese chicken & noodles

  • 3 c
    cooked or leftover chicken
  • 1 1/2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of chicken soup [10 3/4 ounce can]
  • 1 c
    diced green and /or red bell pepper
  • 1 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 c
    diced onions
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth {lower fat]
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms,drained [4 ounces]
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter,melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme

    Combine all ingredients in crockpot

    Cover;cook on LOW about 6-10 hours OR on high about 3-4 hours

    Every crockpot brand cooks differantly,some cook faster than others.This receipe is based on this as far as cooking times.

    Cook about 8 ounces of wide noodles as on package directions.Drain well. Serve receipe over noodles.
