4-5 lbwhole chicken (giblets removed)

1 smonion (quartered)

2 Tbspolive oil (extra virgin)

1 1/2 tsprosemary

1 1/2 tspthyme (ground)

1/2 tsponion powder

salt and pepper
How To Make crockpot rosemary thyme chicken

1Wash chicken and stuff onion in cavity. Give chicken a massage with olive oil.

2Combine rosemary and thyme and rub underneath breast skin. Sprinkle onion powder over chicken along with a little extra rosemary and thyme. Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

3Cook in crockpot on low until chicken reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees, or until done. Crockpots vary somewhat, I would guess at least 6 hours. Check for doneness.
