Another easy meal and delicious meal for people who are on the go. Not to mention, healthy too! My children love it.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

When not sure what's for dinner, turn to this easy dump-and-go Crock Pot meal. Thanks to salsa and taco seasoning, the chicken has tons of flavor. After simmering in the slow cooker, the chicken breasts are tender and shred easily. Sour cream adds a touch of creaminess to the sauce. We served ours over rice and sprinkled with cheese as suggested. This shredded chicken is versatile. It can be used for burritos, in a burrito bowl, or on quesadillas.
