My family loves this recipe! It is hearty and most definitely comfort food. Not only is it simple, it only requires 4 ingredients (besides the salt & pepper to taste). Chicken breasts can also be used in place of the chicken thighs for this recipe. If using chicken breasts you will only need 4.

Ingredients For crock pot chicken 'n noodles

6-8chicken thighs, skinless and boneless

1 bagegg noodles, 12 oz
-
2 cancream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz each

1 canchicken broth, 14 oz

dashsalt and pepper
How To Make crock pot chicken 'n noodles

1Place chicken into Crock Pot. Frozen or thawed, either is ok.

2Top chicken with the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

3When chicken is done cooking, remove chicken to a plate and shred or dice into pieces.

4At this time, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.

5With chicken still removed, whisk the chicken broth into the sauce in the Crock Pot. Mix until well combined.

6Add chicken and noodles to Crock Pot. Toss well so all noodles are coated. Serve.
