Today started with the question, "What can I make for supper?" with our limited groceries left in the fridge. Crockpot to the rescue! You can serve this over noodles or rice, or whatever you come up with. It would also make a good base for a soup... throw in some of your favorite veggies and youre set!

Ingredients For crockpot chicken and gravy

6partially defrosted boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces

2 cancream of chicken soup

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 can(14.5 oz) chicken broth

1 tspminced garlic
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 Tbspitalian seasoning

1/2 cchopped onion

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated

4 Tbspbutter or margarine, cut in pieces

5 ozcream cheese, cut in pieces

pepper (to taste)
How To Make crockpot chicken and gravy

1Put your cubed chicken into your crock pot. In a saucepan melt together your butter and cream cheese. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken mixture and stir.

2Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring periodically. Serve over rice or noodles.
