1 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size chunks

2 tspoil

1 cchicken broth

1/2 csoy sauce

2 Tbspchili garlic paste

1/4 ctomato paste

2 Tbsprice vinegar

6 cgarlic minced

2 tspfresh ginger grated

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 mdonion chopped

1each red and orange bell pepper cored seeded and thinly sliced

2scallions chopped

fresh cilantro leaves

rice or rice noodles for serving
How To Make crock pot manchurian chicken

1Place cornstarch and pepper in a large baggie. Add the chicken and shake to coat well. Add oil to large skillet. Brown the chicken on all sides then transfer chicken to crock pot.

2Top the chicken with the onion. mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, chili garlic paste, tomato paste, vinegar, garlic brown sugar and ginger together. Pour over chicken.

3Cook on low for about 4 hours. Add the bell pepper and cook another 30 minutes. Serve over rice or rice noodles. Garnish with green onions and cilantro
