Ingredients For crock pot chicken stroganoff

  • 1 lb
    frozen, skinless,boneless, chicken breasts
  • 1 can
    (10-1.2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1
    envelope (1-1/4 ounce) onion soup mix
  • 4 oz
    sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
  • 1
    medium onion, sliced, (optional)

How To Make crock pot chicken stroganoff

  • 1
    Place frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot.
  • 2
    Mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken.

    Cook on low 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Last half hour, add mushrooms and sliced onions, if desired. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
